Graham is Chief Executive of AMION with 30+ years’ in economic consultancy and policy evaluation. Graham is a recognised leader in his field, regularly consulted by central government.

Greg is AMION’s Chief Financial Officer and a chartered management accountant with extensive experience in the leisure, tourism, and cultural sectors.

Chris leads AMION’s Visitor and Leisure team, bringing 30 years specialising in business plans and development strategies for the heritage culture, tourism, and leisure sectors.

Alan is an economic and social planning specialist with extensive experience in regeneration, business cases, and public sector funding.

Simon is an economist with over 25 years’ experience in economic development, housing and regeneration. Elected IED board director, he is also a member of the Society of Professional Economists and Royal Economics Society.

Brenda is an economist with 30 years’ track record in regeneration, business cases, and evaluation, having advised central government and led major public sector projects across the UK.

Pete leads AMION’s Land and Property Economics service, leading on development strategy, business cases, and funding for regeneration, housing, and infrastructure projects.

Matt leads AMION’s Research and Evaluation team, with extensive experience in infrastructure, property and economic development

Jon is a Director with over 15 years’ experience in economic development, specialising in regeneration, policy, and evaluation for public and private sector clients. His work focuses on inclusion, innovation, skills, and place-based growth, drawing on experience from senior roles in local government and consultancy.

Tom leads AMION’s transport and infrastructure economics service, with proficiency in business cases, appraisal, and strategy across all transport modes and major funding programmes.

Liam is a Senior Consultant in AMION’s economics team, proficient in business cases, funding applications, and economic assessments for sustainable development projects.

Ivy is an Senior Consultant specialising in environmental economics and valuation, with extensive understanding of regeneration, sustainability, and environmental policy.

Charlie is a Chartered Surveyor and Senior Consultant in AMION’s place economics team, specialising in economic impact assessment and Green Book–compliant business cases.

Chloe is a senior economist at AMION specialising in business cases, economic modelling, and impact assessment, with a background in econometrics and public policy.

Josh is a Consultant at AMION, working across strategy, evaluation, and net-zero projects. He specialises in socio-economic analysis, stakeholder engagement, and policy evaluation, with experience spanning culture, environment, and skills.

Eddie is a Consultant in AMION’s Research and Evaluation Team, specialising in socioeconomic data, cost-benefit analysis and economic impact assessment while studying for an MSc in Public Policy.

Molly is a Consultant in AMION’s Visitor and Leisure team, specialising in visitor forecasts, feasibility studies, and socio-economic research.

Megan is a Consultant in AMION’s Strategy, Policy and Innovation team, with experience in economic analysis, policy development, and evaluation. She supports projects on skills, employment, and place-based regeneration, building on her background in regulatory economics from United Utilities.

Kelan is a Graduate Consultant in AMION’s Economics team, specialising in economic development, public policy, and benefit measurement.

Ann has over 40 years’ experience providing administrative, marketing, IT, and finance support and manages AMION’s accounts and office administration.

Katie is AMION’s Office Manager with over 47 years’ track record, overseeing office operations and client support.

Caroline provides advice on system development, quality assurance, IT training, and provides research and HR support at AMION.

Iain is an Associate at AMION with knowledge in funding, strategic business plans, and partnership management for property, infrastructure, and regeneration projects.

Dr Jim Twomey is an AMION associate with unrivalled experience in economic modelling, evaluation, and statistical analysis, collaborating with AMION for over 20 years.
