Caroline has extensive experience of system and process development within a major UK Insurer, having developed and audited their commercial insurance underwriting procedures and systems.
She was responsible for a national programme of quality assurance reviews. Subsequently, she was employed by a college as an IT trainer, providing support to businesses and individuals.
Caroline has provided research, surveys and spreadsheet–based data analyses. She also provides HR support within AMION.
