The Visitor & Leisure Team is a specialist consulting team working across the visitor attraction, leisure and sport sectors.

As one of the most experienced practices in the country working with visitor attractions, we have an extensive and successful track record in producing development strategies, concept studies, business plans, governance development plans and funding support.  We work with both commercial and not for profit attractions and venues including zoos, museums, cultural venues and arts centres.

Our work in the leisure and sport sectors includes business planning, options appraisals, feasibility studies and due diligence. Our clients range from major stadia developers through to local authorities and charitable trusts. We regularly work on both participation and spectator sport and activity development including work for Premiership football clubs, international cricket clubs, waterpark developers, parks and leisure centre operators.

Much of our work is used to help clients secure funding either from public sources or through commercial borrowing.

The Visitor, Leisure & Sport Team is Chris Melia and Greg Hunt. Before consulting, Chris and Greg both had senior level operational and management experience in visitor attractions and the visitor economy which brings a level of depth, rigour and reality to options appraisals, business plans and commercial plans that is often lacking in high-level, desktop consultancy advice.
