AMION has a substantial and successful track record in Property Economics.  This has ranged from supporting major mixed use development projects in Westminster, to housing schemes in Greater Manchester and manufacturing developments in the East Midlands.  Our experience includes working in several Enterprise Zones and developing funding and appraisal models including Tax Increment Finance type structures.  We have also advised on the issue of value capture in relation to major transport and other infrastructure projects, such as HS2.

AMION’s roles have included the development of integrated financial and economic models and the preparation of specific Business Cases for investment programmes.  These include developing the Business Case for the development of film studios on Edge Lane in Liverpool and conducting an Economic Impact Assessment of the Curzon Masterplan in conjunction with the new HS2 station; and preparation of the Strategic Outline Case for the new UK Central HS2 Interchange Station Growth Strategy.
