We supported the development of a successful application for ERDF funding for a new £12m, sector-based, innovation centre within a University Enterprise Zone in a major city in the UK. This included the preparation of an Outline Application and subsequent Full Application, including strategic, economic, commercial, financial, and management cases. In addition, a full Commencement Business Plan was prepared (including sector consultations) as well as an ‘Article 61’ flow through model as a revenue-generating project. Following approval, AMION gave support in ensuring compliance with funder conditions, including a successful Project Initiation Visit and On-The-Spot Verification to meet conditions of approval.
