Josh is a Consultant working across AMION’s Regeneration and Evaluation, and Environment and Net-Zero teams. He specialises in stakeholder engagement, socio-economic analysis, strategy development and HMT Green Book and Magenta Book compliant evaluations. He has experience in developing policy plans and delivering evaluations across a range of sectors, including culture and heritage, environmental initiatives, community projects, skills and labour market interventions, and grant and business support programmes.
He holds a BA in Politics and Economics from the University of Liverpool, where he received the Politics Prize for achieving the highest academic performance in his cohort. He is currently studying part-time for an MSc in Environmental Economics and Climate Change at the London School of Economics (2024-2026), supported by AMION. Outside of his role in AMION, he has been part of the UK Youth Climate Coalition, a volunteer youth-run NGO and was part of their delegations to COP27 and COP28.
