Charlie is a Chartered Surveyor and Senior Consultant in AMION’s Place Economics Team. He specialises in assessing the economic impact of places and development projects and in preparing HM Treasury Green Book–compliant business cases. His work focuses on the regeneration and development of both greenfield and brownfield sites across commercial, leisure, housing and wider regeneration sectors.
He holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Manchester, has completed the HM Treasury Better Business Case Foundation course, and is currently enhancing his finance expertise through the CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting. Charlie has extensive experience producing business cases, funding applications and economic assessments for places and development proposals across the UK, with a particular interest in helping to bring forward development on brownfield sites and underutilised land in towns and cities nationwide.
