AMION Consulting has supported LCCC through all stages of its 9-year stadium re-development from 2007 to 2016. Business planning work has embraced the whole organisation as well as specific new projects within it – such as the Hilton Garden Inn or The Point or a bid for international cricket match packages. This has been an effective partnership-type approach and has involved close working with the Board including facilitating the Board’s development of a medium term strategy. LCCC’ Emirates Old Trafford stadium is now considered to be one of the best in Europe.
