AMION Consulting has been advising a number of local authorities preparing bids for the Government’s £2.3bn Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF). The Fund is seeking to accelerate housing growth through infrastructure investment to help unlock strategic projects.

Critically, this has involved AMION assisting clients on the application of the ‘land value uplift’ appraisal methodology, which underpins the assessment of the HIF bids, and is a technique AMION are very familiar with.

AMION has advised on HIF schemes in areas including Nottinghamshire, Derby, Chesterfield, Birmingham, Solihull and Walsall.
