Website enquiries and applications
When you send a website enquiry, we receive your name, email address, message and any documents you choose to attach. Enquiries and attachments are sent to our enquiry mailbox so that we can respond. Our email delivery provider for the deployed website is Brevo. New enquiries are not saved as messages in the website database. Temporary uploaded enquiry files are removed after processing; copies received by email are managed in our mailbox.
Job applications submitted through the website are stored in the website database for recruitment. Application documents are stored in a private server directory outside the public website and can be downloaded only by authorised administrators. Applications are not sent by email. There is no automatic expiry: application records and documents are retained indefinitely unless manually deleted. You can contact info@amion.co.uk about your information or to request deletion.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect website forms against automated submissions. Turnstile loads on pages containing the enquiry form, including the enquiry dialog. Cloudflare processes technical signals such as your IP address, browser information and the website origin for bot detection and to improve its detection service. Further information is available in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
