Jasmiijn is part of the Visitor and Leisure team and specialises in working with the heritage, tourism, culture, arts and leisure sectors.
She has been a consultant for over seven years during which time she has led and worked on a wide range of projects with clients ranging from local authorities and charitable trusts to developers and operators. Her projects have included development plans for international resorts, tourism strategies for UK and international destinations, feasibility studies and development plans for heritage organisations and museums, business cases for sports and leisure attractions and management plans for community organisations.
Before turning to consultancy, Jasmijn spent five years in operational roles in resorts in South East Asia. Her practical experience is backed by a BA (Cum Laude) in International Tourism Management and Consultancy from NHTV Breda University and a MSc (Distinction) in Tourism Development from the University of Surrey, where she is still involved as a Guest Lecturer.
