Quality Commitment

Quality Assurance is a critical element of AMION’s operating procedures. AMION has compiled an Operating Standards Manual (OSM) for use on all engagements. The firm operates under this set of standards, which is regularly reviewed.

AMION OSM has a number of features:

  • The OSM includes procedures to ensure that clients’ requirements are understood and that services are provided in a professional manner to satisfy these requirements; and
  • Partner review and sign off at each stage of the work as it is pursued is given significant emphasis in the OSM.

In relation to each assignment, we would establish Quality Assurance Plans comprising the following elements:

  • Clear roles and responsibilities will be defined as follows:
    - A Partner will be responsible for overall quality control;
    - A senior consultant will project manage engagements and be the day-to-day point of contact; and
    - Second partner reviews will be undertaken;
  • Regular team meetings will review progress, ensure consistency, and address emerging issues;
  • Close liaison will be established with the client;
  • All reports and detailed work undertaken will be subject to internal review procedures, including partner and key team member review, to ensure consistency in approach and the quality of outputs;
  • Information management systems will be established with paper copy and electronic copies retained; and
  • Copies of draft reports will be also retained, facilitating a clear audit trail of amendments.
