AMION to consider the economic case for the Hythe Marine Park

AMION has been appointed by the South East of England Development Agency (SEEDA) to carry out an economic appraisal of the development of new manufacturing units at Hythe Marine Park in Hampshire. This will be undertaken to meet 'Green Book' requirements in considering the justification and rationale for the proposed project, consideration of alternative options, risk assessment, sensitivities and optimism bias, implementation arrangements, project timescales, monitoring arrangements and the forward strategy, as well as its value for money.
