AMION to apply the MIER analysis in Greater Manchester
AMION has been appointed by the Commission for the New Economy in Greater Manchester to undertake further follow-on work on the application of the Manchester Independent Economic Review (MIER) analyses of sustainable communities and neighbourhood deprivation. Research and advice is being provided to the Greater Manchester Life Chances Pilot areas, with the study involving the application of the MIER modelling analysis and an assessment of the implications of the results for the design and delivery of interventions.
